This volume comes from the collection I inherited from my great uncle, Brian Chapman who was a cricket journalist from after the second world war to the mid-70s, initially with the Daily Express and latterly with the Observer. No doubt, this Wisden accompanied him on the county circuit for that year and as such is used and condition poor.

There are a couple of small tears to the top of the spine. Main problem is back cover which has obviously got wet at some point and bits are missing and the back pages (30 or so) are frayed and show signs of having been damp. Binding is fine so could function as reference copy. Price reflects the defects and if you would like I can post by a cheaper method.
